Recipe:
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
Cream together peanut butter and sugar. You can use a stand mixer or a hand mixer.
Add baking powder and egg and, in this case chocolate chips, until well blended.
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 11-13 minutes. Remove and let cool.
Enjoy!!!!
P.S. We are almost done with the chalkboard wall. It took a couple more coats of magnetic primer then originally predicted.

ReplyDeleteI made these for some GF buddies and they loved them!! I subbed out the egg for a vegan alternative and was able to cover all kinds of dietary restrictions with one recipe. Yum!!
